Dr. Joe Greenfield, Partner & CTO at Maryman Digital Forensic Services, recently spoke at the 2025 PFAC Southern Region Education Day, held October 9–10 aboard the Queen Mary in Long Beach.

His session, “Evidence Can Change the Direction of a Case in a Heartbeat,” walked attendees through real-world examples of how digital evidence influences the outcome of fiduciary and estate matters. He also discussed what fiduciaries should look for when cases involve electronically stored information and where mistakes often occur early in the process.

The event brought together professional fiduciaries and legal experts for a full day of education and continuing training. We appreciated the opportunity to contribute and connect with the Southern Region community.
