Minimum Service Fee Policy
We have a 2 hour minimum service fee for all matters.
Cancellation Policy
Based upon our past experiences we have found it necessary to establish a 48 hour cancellation policy. If we have not received ample (48 hour) notification of the cancellation of a service item, we will invoice for our 2 hour minimum service fee.
Client Personal Data is information from equipment and networks owned, controlled or operated by our clients that is received by Maryman for purposes of collection, processing, storage and analysis in accordance with the instructions of the clients and/or their legal advisors and in order to assist clients in meeting their legal or professional obligations, protecting their vital interests or carrying out other legitimate activities.
Maryman will not use Client Personal Data for any other purposes than for the purposes which Maryman our client provides such information.
